Join the revolution! Sponsor a delicious, nutritious food festival promoting insect protein! Issuing a challenge to chefs to prepare wonderfully nutritious, healthy, and delicious meals featuring insects as the prime ingredient may help shape attitudes. This could be paired with a seafood festival as well, to tempt a broader spectrum of the population. (Plus, the parallels are obvious--land shrimp, anyone?) Insect protein is ecologically much more efficient than larger animal protein to produce.
