Who doesnt love something free?
A free bike setup. This would work on the same concept as bxi bikes only thing is its free!!! way it could work is the location could have x amount of free bikes again locked up as bixi is. You have to verify your account online using a credit card. You then book time out for the bike and use it. If its late and isnt returned then your fined which could then b used to maintain the station in the future. Or even create another one depending on how late people are that is. There would be a time limit for what you can book out per day / week obviously so no one hogs it. Could be placed somewhere like the waterfront, don valley, bloor, midtown. Where people would benefit from this more. This would be a great way of encouraging people to use bikes more. It would also let people use a bike who would otherwise be unable too.
