Pendant une journée obliger le transport en commun et mettre cette journée gratuite pour tous pour que les citoyens l'utilisent. Bien entendu il faudra augmenter le service cette journée là .
Après en avoir fait l'essai, ils seront plus enclin à utiliser le transport en commun et verront sont utilité.
