Ste-Catherine Ouest should be closed from car traffic from Atwater Ave to St Laurent Boulevard. Due to constant construction, pot holes and festival, sections are often closed off anyway. The cars cause much traffic as they try and find their ways through the small one way streets and just end up causing more traffic congestion and pollution. Closing off the street will also make the area more pedestrian and bike friendly.
