Tree rule
In Midland On, there is a bylaw that generally states, that every property in the town must have ONE tree that must be or will grow to full size. This rule not only helps the environment but adds to the Urban forest of the town. It's absolutely lovely in Midland in the summer and the side walks are always shady. I think this should be everywhere. The town each spring provides a free tree to each property owner to help them. This is my idea
