Water / Electricity Conservation
I would like to propose that the citizens of our town start with water barrels to collect water for their plants with every rainfall. Also, that we have the possibility to run some of our light bulbs, electrical appliances and whatever using the "solar system" Actually, I would push the solar system and find innovators who actually want to provide this kind of service at a very low cost. Therefore, this would be an appeal to our Mayor and his/her councillors.
