Recycling Chutes
Toronto is a big city, with big ideas, yet the most innovative idea and cost friendly idea has not been implemented. Apartments and condos pop up in the blink of an eye in this gorgeous city. And as many people live in apartments many buildings do not have easy accessibility to recycling. I believe that recycling is such a crucial part to keeping the environment healthy, and many people do not recognize this need that the earth has to keep it clean. Apartments have installed garbage chutes to make it easier for tenants to throw their garbage away yet there are no chutes for recycling. I think that implementing recycling chutes within apartment and condo buildings will assist and provoke tenants to actively recycle as it will be a convenient way for them to do so. Torontonians are always crunched for time, so why not make a Toronto a smart city by impletementing convenient and time friendly recycling chutes in all apartments and condos
