I would really like to create a massive community garden where people can go to plant veggies and fruit and allow the community to tend to and care for the plants. This would be so nice for numerous reasons. It will give people a reason to get outside and spend time with their families, the produce would be organic and therefore healthy for the consumers and the environment, people who are low income or cannot afford the cost of regular, fresh produce would be able to have easy access to all types of organic, fresh veggies and fruit! I am not sure if it would be possible to have an indoor greenhouse type structure for the winter but that would also be another wonderful idea!
