Open a non-profit business where medical researchers and developers can volunteer with the agreement that they have access to a free lab if they agree to contract to volunteer when they have time to develop medicine to be sold to better the human condition and the money would go back to the business for the year coming any access money would be donated to the community and third world countries to give clean water and food to those who need it.
