have discounts for low income families for smart cars or
i feel that we all have a right to drive safe reliable cars .so why not help people to be more aware to become more informed of the needs of low income people that are forced to drive cars the are not safe them self or for the involvement. because there cars are old and they do not have the money to fix the cars to keep the safe for the environment . free cars for disabled people so they can fine work to help the to become happier and healthier more involved in there community. just a thought .
