Conscience traffice lights
For $50,000, can all traffic lights be triggered by motor vehicles (including scooters & motorcycles) & pedestrians rather than timed as many times I have sat at intersections when there were no cars on the other side but the light decided to change OR as a pedestrian, I have waited & the light will not change even though the button had be pushed. Idling isn't too good for the environment.
