Providing physical and online resources available that may be provided to people through guides and maybe even tech-savvy alternatives. Awareness is the key, and getting the message around to see these mediums are available. Locally, and eventually globally with enough effort. I really cannot see a website that comes to mind that really makes a tech-minded individual see environmentally friendly unless it's through various links that may or may not lead to the right place.
