Plant Tulip trees along streets
The Tulip tree is one of the tallest and fast growing trees in North America. It provides lots of shade, which would reduce A/C use when shading a house, and shade sidewalks which would make walking to a store instead of driving more likely. The Tulip tree is also the host plant for the eastern Tiger Swallowtail butterfly, (the large yellow ones).
