why not make a communty cleaning make an anouncement for a community cleaning throughout the city by encouraging the people to clean the communitcy this make us help our community clean and green.. encourage and teach the people on proper waste and put a garbage can in the bus stop and on block by block to maintain the cleanliness. a garnage for recycle and a garbage for compost garbage and put a list of recycle and compost. so they will know where they can put their garbage properly..
