encourage people to for a community cleaning in their area and put a garbage bin in the street block by block and in the bus stop.. make a recycle list on each garbage so the people know where they can put their garbage properly.. make a grabage bin in a different kind of garbage.. one for recycle, one for garbage and the other for a compost... this also help the youth and chilrdren to put their garbage properly.. and the maintain the cleanliness in the community.. in the area
