The amount of garbage that is left thrown around is a large number of beverage cups, so give people especially appeal to kids and teenagers to pick up garbage. Take it to a acceptable spot where they would be encouraged to do so by being rewarded with a points card(so to speak). A recycling machine that can accept different size cups and lids from wax coated ( coffee cups) to clear plastic (slushy, iced cape or frozen beverages). The machine could be placed in acceptable places offered by willing franchises. The machine would offer a refillable card that would could be used at participating businesses such as subway, mcdonalds, tim hortons 7-eleven and offer cents per cup or lid as acceptable or as offered. The cards would be redeemable at the participating stores for purchases. This would encourage more people to recycle and offer the incentive of accumulating amounts on the card to be used for further store purchases.
