Clotheslines
Create a complete clothesline package that's easy to install in on any apartment balcony. Work with the government to forbid landlords, property owners, etc. from forbidding the use of clotheslines. Encourage the use of and provide financial compensation for people who install new lines/clothes umbrellas, etc.
