Healthy Environment?
My idea applies not to the physical health but the emotional health of people. I'd use the money to purchase a hand cranked street organ to be used on Spring Garden Road by the Public Gardens...returning this traditional music venue to the era associated with the park. Music always creates a healthy environment spiritually and this idea would draw people out of their offices at lunch as well. I'd like to see this idea also be used for folks with special needs who could very simply operate the organ and be encouraged all around.
