Rooftop patios and car2go/translink system for all city suburbs
Rooftop patios allowed for all housing, especially for condo buildings and laneway houses where there is less yard space. This would enable users to grow gardens.
Also, a carpooling system that would work throughout city suburbs where transit isn't as accessible (e.g. carpooling in smart cars).
