Plant trees
. With all the new homes been build in most cities the builder never puts in trees. If we have to plant bigger than they do at this time. It would makes the properties look way better and it will keep the soil in place. The $50,000 would be a lot of trees.

You have to be careful planting trees to close to houses. This is because trees roots spread 150% of the canopy of the tree. As we all know roots can be bad for foundations of houses.
