Windmills on light stanchions
Light stanchions in parking lots and along highways. These high poles could be used to to mount vertical windmills. This would produce enough electricity for the light its self but probably more and make the lights pay for them selves. Also allowing them to be put in places that would not be economically possible because of how much it would cost to run wires.
