all restaurants should have a free grease bin service. this way they could get rid of the grease properly and the biofuel can be made more cost efficiently. currently the bins cost 50 bucks to get and pick up is free but some restaurants are still to cheap to even do that and are disposing there grease improperly . It should be law.
