Commuter Carpooling
Create a network where people can connect with other people who share the same or similar commuting routes to get to and form work. This way, rather than 4 people that might share the same route take individual cars to get downtown, they can carpool and share the ride. The people can co-ordinate between themselves if they want to pay the driver and split parking passes. If the program picks up enough, it would ultimately reduce the amount of cars on the road, thus reducing the emissions from vehicles as well as even reducing the overall amount of traffic.
