Recycled Toy Program
If given 50,000 I would implement a toy recycle program for my neighbourhood. Children go through many toys per year that they often grow out of very quickly when that particlar trend or phase is over. Why not create an area within a few neighbourhoods spaced out so that people can drop off their recycled toys instead of being wasteful. This promotes a greener space for our environment (AV_tor).
