Rooftop beekeeping
If given $50,000 towards an environmental initiative, i would include bee hives on rooftops. We need bees in order to grow food and pollinate for our own survival as well as that of all living beings. We could sell the local honey, use the wax for many projects including candle making -beeswax is entirely safe as opposed to store bought cheaper wax which puts toxins in the air. Beeswax removes pollutants in our environment when burned. Can help in many aspects from honey to wax to use forn nutrition overall health as well as pollination for food growth. (AV-tor)
