Bike library AV-TOR
In my area I live very close to a huge plaza. A lot of people in my neighborhood take their cars to go to the plaza when it is a 5-10 minute walk. Having a spot in my neighborhood next to my library which offers free bikes to use for errands. People can check online to see how many bikes are available and can request to take out the bikes to use.
