Jackhammer Party AV-TOR
If given 50,000 to implement my idea I would love to see a jackhammer party thrown in my neighbourhood. The issue is that almost every house in my neighbourhood's backyard is covered with pavement which is terrible for storm water, etc. Why not throw a community event which gets completed over a day, during the day hours, using several jackhammers, to tear down the paved backyards. This would obviously need to be a community decision and all residents need to be on board! Then a revitalizing landscaping program can be implemented to restore the ground that has been under the pavement for several decades.
