Cigarette disposable bins AV-TOR
I would like to see cigarette disposable bins displayed throughout the city attached to garbage containers on streets. I find that many smokers don't know where they can find a outage where they are smoking so they end up throwing it on the ground which is terrible for the environment. Have visibly disposable cigarette butt containers available around city.
