Disposing cigarettes AV-TOR
I find that when people smoke they often don't see an ashtray around so they butt out on the floor and walk away. This is a huge litter problem for our city. I would like to see disposable containers around the city in visible spots for smokers to butt out. Also part two would be recycling those cigarette butts and turning them into something.
