Student composting AV-TOR
I would love to see composting introduced to the public in my school community. Right now recycling bins are available but no composting bins. I would like to attach composting bins to every garbage bin to promote the use of composting. Once people compost, the school community can use the food to make soil to therefore reuse for agriculture in our school community.
