I'm a huge car aficionado and a well-maintained car can do a lot of good for the environment! Maintain your cars, make them last longer and enjoy them for a longer duration of time. It's as simple as that. If I got money to implement my idea I'd open a shop with low-rates to help people maintain their vehicles. If one could run a non-profit garage, one would. But it's not plausible.
