red light garbage bins
I hate to see garbage on the sidewalks and streets and I clean up in my area but not a lot of people do that. I think that since traffic is so bad during certain times of day in the city that people would have the time (while waiting at a red light) to pull up to a garbage can and throw items in. Even if the road side garbage cans were on medians or in round abouts on certain streets, as long as they are drive-up, they would help keep the city cleaner. It would be great if it looked like a funnel and had a 'litter' side and 'recycle' side.
