Rainwater Storage
Local and federal bylaws be adopted that require all new development,residential,commercial,industrial etc. to install large capacity,ie 5000-10000 gallon tanks on property which would store water for irrigation and possibly drinkable water if required. They would come equipped with a pump system powered by solar as well as electical for operation. This iniative would save literally billions of gallons of this most precious resource.This would be a very green iniative and really impact the effects of growth and development.
