Skins
The ugliest thing that has ever been imposed on us are those hideous wheelie bins we use for our garbage. If you're rich, you can hide them but since most of us aren't, they sit, either full of garbage or scattered in front of a house. If Toronto wasn't already an only marginally decent looking city at the best of times -- boring architecture, no mountains -- now we have to look at these abominations. Let's skin them and at least make them decorative!
