Isnt it annoying that each electronic device needs a different cord to plug it in? Why dont we start working on a universal cord that can be plugged into the wall than the device? Also have an adapter to click into the cord so it is still possible to click into old devices.

One of the biggest wastes comes once a month 4-7 days for every female until menopause. In each day the average female uses 4-5 pads or tampons depending on flow which than goes straight into the trash! We need to start useing more enviromentally alternatives. The sad thing is there are alternatives like the diva cup but its not advertized enough for the public to recognize it. Not only is this method better for the enviroment its better for our bodies.

Safe non polluting inexpensive mass transit. Thousands of people commute to the city everyday. Why cant we have somthing built like a smart car but the size of a bus?

a lot can be done with dog poo many cities are using dog poo to light dog park lights and other things that demand energy. Having a recycling depot in a dog park and on streets would cater to dog owners who are green recyclers. Dog owners would want to help out with costs of energy in dog parks. there are methane gas machines that other cities are using. People put poo in the methane machine and it is processed and turned into energy. A dog vacuum could be used at parks to make it easier to pick up poo these vacuums are great tools no touching just aim and vacuum .This tool could be used by city to pick up poo then use it in methane recycler

I would like to see urban rooftop gardens and farms in Toronto being implemented. Rooftops generate the most natural light and oxygen benefits being high up. I would love to see urban rooftops being utilized as gardens and farms.

I would like to see more automatic lighting in school buildings, offices, etc.. When I go to storage spaces, most of them have automatic lighting that will signal when someone steps into the hall. Automatic sensored lighting could benefit in huge buildings that tend to leave their lights on overnight.

I would like to see solar panel`s around my school campus to generate energy to use as electrical outlets for plug up spots.

I would like to see bicycle lanes on campus to get to class quicker. Also, I would like to see the benches around campus that double as bike racks to promote using your bike to transit to school.

I personally feel that by building parking lots further away from my school campus would promote people walking more and therefore leaving an ecological footprint. Some people may be frustrated to walk and therefore opt to take the transit therefore enforcing the use of public transit, or more people would carpool so they don't have to walk the longer distance alone. I am an advocate for this because i personally park in farther parking lots to promote more physical exercise when I can.

This may not be a unique idea but one problem I personally find is that garbage bins are not easily accessible in some places. If we had more garbage bins in places near doors, corridors, parking lots, more people would want to throw out their waste and recycle.

I would like to see more plug up spots spread out in different zones in Toronto and the suburbs so that people who use e-bikes and electric cars would not have to be worried that they may run out of juice while on route.

I would like to see more green rooftops and vertical gardens in urban areas. This would help oxygenate the air and also lower the costs for air conditioning in the summer months.
