If given 50,000 to implement my idea i would set up bird houses around campus to increase pollination. I notice that on my campus I don't see bird houses outdoors. We have many birds and open land surrounding the campus.

If given 50,000 to implement my idea I would create a brown water reclamation system which reuses the water for arrogation. Also ponds and creeks can be integrated into a garden setting.

In my area they still use the old light bulbs. Putting 50,000 would help my community to give back the old light bulbs in exchange for the new low consumption light bulbs.

If given 50,000 to implement my idea I would create musical stairs in public settings. Stairs are very boring and unencouraging to use. Why not make the steps into a piano to create music while you are using them. This encourages people to use the stairs more often.

If given 50,000 to implement my eco friendly idea I would revamp our cities transit system like subways for example to be more esthetically appealing and more inviting for people to take the transit. For example, students can paint murals, huge posters, poems, etc. Another example can be to reuse broken mirrors to create murals.

Smoking is a big issue for me. I always see smokers littering their cigarettes on the floor. If given 50,000 to implement my idea I would incorporate disposable outlets for smokers to butt out their cigarettes so that they dont pollute the environment. These disposable outlets can be attached to all public garbages to make it easily accessible

If I were given 50,000 to implement my ecofriendly idea I would create heated bus shelters. I find this to be a huge problem because it discourages people from wanting to use the transit system. The heated bus shelters would be solar powered to enforce green energy.

A problem for me personally is the cold outdoors while I am waiting my transit. this discourages me from wanting to ride the transit system. if we had heated bus shelters it would encourage more people to use the transit system and therefore reduce pollution.

If given 50,000 to implement my idea I would create a student recycling program in universities to pick up garbage. I notice that there is alot of litter on the floor, so this recycling program would benefit the school environment while bringing awareness to the community.

I would have to agree with my brother that the simplest steps are sometimes the greatest ones. Other than replanting a recycling program could be beneficial as well. In my neighbourhood the city doesn't provide you wi recycling bins you have to buy your own. This is detrimental towards the environment.

Sometimes the simplest ideas are the greatest ones. I know this idea isn't unique and has been suggested before but it really is the best and most efficient first step. I would use the money towards programs aimed at replanting all across Quebec, concentrating in metropolitan areas
