I see a very small amount of community gardens... We should install many more amongst the boroughs of Montreal. There is no negative part to this idea... And who doesn't love fresh, organic, locally grown produce!

I would use the 50.000 dollars toward clearing out garbage dumps and using whatever recyclables there are in the area towards producing new goods. Garbage dumps take away space, trees and years off the Earth.

If given 50,000 towards my idea I would have a compost system in local coffee shops that would encourage people to recycle their coffee grounds.
